Whether you’re still dealing with cash and paper checks or you’re using costly, clumsy electronic banking and online payment tools, Egiving.com can provide easy-to-manage electronic and online giving tools tailored to your ministry’s aims and specifications. Our goal as a ministry is to help your ministry receive more funding and more reliable donations so that you can focus your energies on something much greater than fundraising: furthering the Kingdom of Christ.
Before you consider using the secure tools available through E Giving, here are a few things you need to know about us:
• We serve only Christian churches or parachurch organizations, not Christian-owned businesses or secular non-profits.
• We develop long-term relationships with the ministries we serve, in order to provide the most beneficial service to them.
• We provide more than just technological tools; we help you develop goals and then lead you in implementing various giving tools in ways and timeframes that make sense for you.
If that kind of ministry might be a fit for your ministry, the first step toward partnering with Egiving.com is to fill out our online form at http://www.egiving.com/signup/step-one/. In it, we ask you for more than the name and address of your ministry; we ask you to summarize your vision and goals in partnering with Egiving. We’ll use this information as a starting point for recommending suitable giving solutions that will help you reach your goals.
This first step also includes your agreeing to our “Memo of Understanding,” which outlines our philosophy and services; we ask this of you so that we can make sure we’re both on the same page, understanding that we’re committing to a long-term relationship in which we will need support from your admin people for tool functionality and your leadership personnel for strategy development and implementation. E-Giving does more than provide online and electronic giving tools: We give thorough training and support to help you implement them in strategic ways to complement their effectiveness.
The next step will be to fill out an application for our default processor, Stewardship Technology. You will receive this form via e-mail, along with our processor requirements and our fee addendum, once we have reviewed your initial application. One you complete the form, you’ll need to fax it and the signed fee addendum back to us.
The third step will be to begin a dialog that will officially mark the beginning of our relationship with your ministry. During that initial conversation, we aim to outline a strategic plan to get you started in utilizing some of our stewardship solutions. We want your first experience in using an electronic program to set you up for success in this exciting new avenue of attaining funding.
If your ministry could benefit from more reliable, secure, and labor-saving methods of attaining funding, why not take the first step in partnering with E-Giving, today?
